Radiant In Love!

12/18/24   “Success in life consists of standing without shame before God.”  St Charbel  The just man does not participate in guilt and shame,   only in sorrow and repentance for sins committed,   and for failure to act in a just and righteous manner  with a contrite and repentant heart!   Purified by the sacrament of reconciliation,   by mercy,   and by deliverance of the stains and impurities caused by sinful acts,   we may once again be cleansed and empowered by grace,  So that we may stand before God  and reflect the grace and love he permeates in us and for us!  The light of Christ revealed,  and uninhibited by the world, the flesh and the devil, is true light, pure light.  It is holy innocence,  reflecting God and his glory,  in every thought, word, and deed!    Psalm 34:5 (RSV)  "Look to him, and be radiant;      so your faces shall never be ashamed."

When Words are Not Enough!

12/3/24  For the Disciples,  The Word and the Witness were not enough.  We need the Spirit of truth and love!  Ask and you shall receive!    You must continually ask for the gifts of the Spirit of truth and love,  for our faith to manifest into complete trust!  We await the second coming,  But God awaits for us to open the door of our hearts in faith and trust!  A Fiat to his existence and trust in his Divine Will,  United through the Holy Spirit.  It is love manifested in faith!   St Luke 24:1-12 (DR)  The Women at the Grave "And on the first day of the week,   very early in the morning,   they came to the sepulchre,   bringing the spices which they had prepared.   And they found the stone rolled back from the sepulchre.   And going in, they found not the body of the Lord Jesus.   And it came to pass,   as they were astonished in their mind at this,   behold, two men stood by them, in shining apparel.  And as they were afraid and bowed down their countenance towards the ground,   they said unto them: Why seek you the living with the dead?   He is not here, but is risen.   Remember how he spoke unto you,   when he was yet in Galilee, Saying:   The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men   and be crucified and the third day rise again.   And they remembered his words.   And going back from the sepulchre,   they told all these things to the eleven and to all the rest.   And it was Mary Magdalen and Joanna and Mary of James   and the other women that were with them,  who told these things to the apostles.   And these words seemed to them as idle tales:   and they did not believe them.  But Peter rising up, ran to the sepulchre and,   stooping down, he saw the linen cloths laid by themselves:  and went away wondering in himself at that which was come to pass."

Innocent Simplicity!

12/1/24  Live in innocent simplicity   That you may be teachable to the inner workings and wonders  the Lord has made known,  In his words and His Law,   In the beauty and splendor of His Creation,   In the gentle inspirations to the inner spirit,  In the Wisdom and Will that is of God alone,  In reciprocal love to God and neighbor,  Be inseparable in Holy and Innocent Simplicity to God’s Divine Will!   1 Timothy 6:6-7 (RSV)    "There is great gain in godliness with contentment;  for we brought nothing into the world,   and we cannot take anything out of the world;"

A Completed Work!

11/30/24  Make of me a completed work of love  An everlasting gift to the Father  Let my trust in you be complete  Let my love for you be sincere  Let my obedience to you be unwavering  Let my humble acts be your perfect and Divine Will    Luke 1:45 (DR)  "And blessed art thou that hast believed,   because those things shall be accomplished   that were spoken to thee by the Lord."  1 John 5:20 (RSV)  And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding,  to know him who is true;   and we are in him who is true,  in his Son Jesus Christ.  This is the true God and eternal life."
