Let Your Light Shine, Even On the Phone.  It Makes A Difference!

The next time you hear the phone ring, make a conscious effort to SMILE before you answer the phone and pay attention to the way the conversation starts and ends!

If you feel you are “faking” the smile, try to think of something you are truly grateful for before you pick up the phone to “make that smile more sincere” and do a self-assessment after the call ends!
