Time is Not Your Friend

Time On Earth

Time is the most valuable asset you do not own.  It is a limited commodity that is allocated to us daily and can only be spent within the framework it is given. Time therefore is both an asset and a liability!  It is a precious asset that must be spent wisely.  It is also an unknown liability since we do not know when it will run out!

So, make a conscious effort to always ask yourself, “is this good use of my time?  Am I wasting time and energy that I know I will never recover?

It is important that we prioritize “proper use” of our time. Here are some helpful hints to help you prioritize your time.  Ask yourself every day:

• What are the most important things in my life right now?
• Who are the most important people in my life and if my time ran out, what would I would want them to know about me and about my impact on others mentally, physically and spiritually?
• What life lesson would I like the people I love to learn from my own mistakes?
• What was the most important thing I learned from my parents?   My Grandparents?  What did they teach me about God which I would like to share with my children and grandchildren?
