The truth we seek is there in front of us, is with us, is in us,
Yet we lack true humility to receive this truth!
We lack authenticity in faith by way of false self images!
There is a deeper level of unbelief and lack of trust.
Fear of loss of control or of losing things we cling to!
Why do some resound in the presence of Christ through miraculous acts and in signs and wonders, while others not so much?
Leave nothing between you and the Christ who redeems!
Shed the things you cling to or fight fervently to protect!
Wash away pride buried in false ideologies or religiosity!
Humility and poverty are faithful teachers!
Grace flows in a truly humble spirit, unoccupied with the things of the world and possessions!
Like Nicodemus there are Holy People that with distorted self images and unholy attachments receive less than a full days wages in grace!
We create our destiny by every daily act, every daily choice! Seek clarity then and yearn constantly for intimacy with God!
Philippians 2:3-4
“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.”
