A book of prayers to the Holy Face of Jesus

Time is a Treasure

4/14/26

Time is a gift

It is a created creature

And like all we try to possess, we can can only be good stewards, owning nothing!

Only try to possess the Divine Life

We possess only the present moment

And in this moment we are perfectly united to eternity

Have joy therefore in every living moment

And in every living act in Divine Union

Be at peace with the present

And the love and the joy and that must come with it

Do not worry about the future

Do not let the past bleed into the present

Breathe in the eternal now with Joy and Peace and Love

Your very breath belongs to God

This is the Divine Nature and true union

It is a spiritual union of truth and grace

Time is a created creature

If you try to control it, you will be forever busy and consumed by it

If you cherish it with joy and serenity united in perfection of union in the eternal now, you will abide in the fullness of the Divine life!

All that is true good and beautiful comes in the fullness of the moment.

It is a gift,,, cherish the gift immediately before you with Christ ever present with you and in you!

It is called the present

Do not be distracted

You are either in the present or you are somewhere else!

Try to focus on the simple and serene

Focus

Our Lady early on said “I will do all the work”

That is never more true than in humble prayer in union with her

Prayer that is humble, simple, and serene in union with her will bear abundant fruit!

God will not deny her humble requests!

Our Lady Speaks:

“Yours will be a heightened state of grace.

A true reflection of the Father’s Will!

His Divine Will!

Be a humble echo of the Power of Tenderness of the Father who loves you beyond measure!

Live in the fullness of Spirit and Truth

And let your trust in God the Father be complete!”

Let the lighted candle of Easter

Dispel all darkness from our minds and from our hearts now and forevermore

We unite with thee who is timeless and ageless from glory to glory!

From everlasting to everlasting you are God!

Quicken only your coming, Lord O Holy Spirit, so that throughout the time from baptism to baptism we may fully unite with you in grace and divinity!

Psalm 90:1-17 (RSV)

“Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place
    in all generations.

Before the mountains were brought forth,
or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world,
from everlasting to everlasting thou art God.

Thou turnest man back to the dust,
and sayest, “Turn back, O children of men!”

For a thousand years in thy sight
are but as yesterday when it is past,
or as a watch in the night.

Thou dost sweep men away; they are like a dream,
like grass which is renewed in the morning:

in the morning it flourishes and is renewed;
in the evening it fades and withers.

For we are consumed by thy anger;
by thy wrath we are overwhelmed.

Thou hast set our iniquities before thee,
our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.

For all our days pass away under thy wrath,
our years come to an end like a sigh.

The years of our life are threescore and ten,
    or even by reason of strength fourscore;
yet their span is but toil and trouble;
they are soon gone, and we fly away.

Who considers the power of thy anger,
and thy wrath according to the fear of thee?

So teach us to number our days
that we may get a heart of wisdom.

Return, O Lord! How long?
    Have pity on thy servants!

Satisfy us in the morning with thy steadfast love,
that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.

Make us glad as many days as thou hast afflicted us,
and as many years as we have seen evil.

Let thy work be manifest to thy servants,
and thy glorious power to their children.

Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us,
and establish thou the work of our hands upon us,
yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
