Pray out and pray in!
In the same manner that we breathe
Bring in new life and life giving oxygen
And breathe out carbon dioxide and toxicity
Exhaust and exhale impurities and those things that do not introduce nor sustain life!
Draw in and consume the true, the good, the beautiful
Exhale all the non life sustaining elements that are unclean and impure
Avoid areas and elements and surroundings of toxicity
Draw near to Christ which is found first in His Temple of Grace
In quiet moments of prayer and sanctification in Eucharistic Adoration
In rituals of Holy communion and sanctity found in the Sacred Mass
Breathe in all Power, Beauty, and Love, the life giving force of Grace in Gods presence
In communal worship
A Sacred garden of holiness and grace found only in the Holy Temple of the church!
Breathe in Joy, Peace, and Love
Exhale unhealthy emotions, distractions, and toxic thoughts that separate us from the God who seeks true union!
There is life and death in every breath!
