Don’t complain nor criticize
We are all flawed and imperfect
Perfectionism is a hard road
With no relief as it is unachievable in our fallen human nature
It only leads to frustration,and anger
A backbiting spirit and gossip takes down monasteries and sanctuaries
Rooted in envy and hidden pride
Speak less, pray more
Examine daily our own conscience and relationship to Christ and love God with a fervor
Then look to others with the same compassion as Christ did from the Cross
Pray for your enemies
Love your neighbor as yourself
Father forgive them,,,,
