We were born to experience the nearness of God! It is a love beyond all love and God longs to bring us close to him and share this grace and this love beyond all loves!
But love must come through the free will of both parties, so God gives us free will, free will to pursue and to choose his divine love that only comes when we allow God to come intimately close to us, or when we reach out to find him!
God helps find that experience by his gifts and his graces.
He gives us time! Time to learn, to understand, to fail and to fall, to get back up again and seek him all the more!
He gives us the supernatural beauty of nature and it’s gifts.
He gives us family and loved ones so we can feel love and give love, to better understand what God has in store, although even love within a family isn’t as strong and powerful as the divine love he wishes us to receive!
He gives us his word through a covenant promise that he will never break.
He gives us his law through the 10 commandments so we have a roadmap and guardrails on our journey to find him and unite with him!
He gives us a Savior, to live with us, to Shepard and guide us, to give us light and love to warm our hearts, to open the door to the salvation we seek!
Christmas is a time when we focus on reuniting with the nearness of the God we seek! Christmas is a time when we acknowledge once again, that “Jesus is Alive” and with intentionality we live in the Joy, the love and the Peace that only Christ the King can bring!
Peace on Earth and Good Will toward men
Turn your backs now to the evil that exists in the world around you and seek the Peace in Christ Jesus this Holiday Season! Experience the nearness of the Living God right here among us!
If, through prayer and the sacraments, we consciously seek Jesus and his grace, evil would be banished, and we would truly experience Peace on Earth and Good Will toward men!
“Peace be with you, My Peace I give to you.”
Prayerfully pray and say these words this Christmas Season, because a country divided and angered needs to experience nearness to God and his peace more than ever!
Merry Christmas and may the Peace and the Love of God be with you all!
Please Make Every Day be Christmas Day,
with Christ Ever Present With You and In You

and his name shall be called Emman′u-el”
